She sure is excited about something! Probably to do with bugs/eyeballs/Gromble/Menchie's/cartoons/ponies/kittens or something.

This was supposed to be a chibi Boogle, but as usual I felt it didn't look good at all without fully rendering it. I wish I could draw simple things and have them look as awesome as many other artists I know. bleh.
