I wasn't too happy with how her face came out in my first attempt at slime-Boogle, so I tried again. I drew normal Boogle once with slime coming off her dreadlocks and little mushrooms coming out, and wanted to show how her slime form would have fungus growth as well, though it would take on the same slimy texture and look as the rest of her. Her third eye is just sort-of "sculpted" into the slime of her forehead. She looks a bit jelly-like/gelatinous here, but she's meant to be made of a very sticky, stretchy slime. So there's no touching her without getting yourself quite messy Her eyes are real, and sometimes at the right angle, her eyeballs are visible through it.
